Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws.

We only process personal data necessary for the operation of our platform:

• identification data (name, surname, email address),

• contact details (work email, phone number),

• company information (company name, registration number),

• service usage data (logs, analytics),

• documents and cases uploaded to the platform.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• providing Anywhere.Legal services — contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

• improving and developing the platform — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),

• marketing and communication — based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),

• legal compliance — statutory obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. Accounting and billing data is retained for the period required by law (usually 5–10 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn.

Your data may be disclosed to selected processors and partners who provide services necessary for the operation of the platform (e.g. cloud hosting services, analytics tools, payment gateways). All our processors are bound by a data processing agreement in accordance with the GDPR.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• right to access your personal data,

• right to rectification of inaccurate data,

• right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),

• right to restriction of processing,

• right to data portability,

• right to object to processing,

• right to withdraw consent,

• right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only authorized personnel have access to the data.
