We only process personal data necessary for the operation of our platform:

• documents and cases uploaded to the platform.

• providing Anywhere.Legal services — contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• improving and developing the platform — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
• marketing and communication — based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
• legal compliance — statutory obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Retention Period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. Accounting and billing data is retained for the period required by law (usually 5–10 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients and Processors
Your data may be disclosed to selected processors and partners who provide services necessary for the operation of the platform (e.g. cloud hosting services, analytics tools, payment gateways). All our processors are bound by a data processing agreement in accordance with the GDPR.
